When I consider the influence of Venus during my Spiritual Healing work for a Patient, I consider its Aspects of CONJUNCTION, SQUARE, and OPPOSITION to the MOON, VENUS and MARS.

Venus causes sickness by the focusing of the Mind on the lacking or loss of "LOVE" principles and through causing stress of the Heart, a heartless Mind, and a strained WILL to Survive. Healing is brought through lifting the focus energies out of "lovelessness" and achieving the focus energies of "receiving love yourself".

VENUS, the Goddess of Love. Characterised by the elements of forgiveness and kindness it is also the essence of affection, attraction and beauty.

Venus energies are strong, and its effects are often subtle. . Its closeness to Earth and the Sun means that its effects are concentrated in its own Forces.

Venus places upon you the ambience of stillness, calm. The air of solitude, and the grace of accepting all things in the name of Love. Venus is the Mother in all of us, male or female. It is the feminine in the males and it is the Master of The Feminine in a woman. Instinct. It transgresses the appointment of Love ability and casts into our hearts the softness, the tenderness, the care we need at certain times.

Venus bridges the material reality of what is loving and tenderness in human life with the immaterial, the unreal attributes of Forgiveness and Hope attributed to spiritual life. Love holds no boundaries when Venus ranks Forgiveness and Hope as the highest levels in our Souls.

But when Hope, and Forgiveness have been hardened in our mortal hearts, and we are unable to see the need for forgiveness nor for hope and we declare ourselves to stand alone, then Venus teaches us many lessons of discomfort, pains in the heart, and the inability to share, give or receive love. Its lessons become those of distrust, lack of loyalty, and the struggle for pleasure and kindness that is not thought of as ulterior.

Venus in the female Chart tells us how we received our Mothers love as a child and what we have manifested love as, into our lives. Our understanding or lack of, in our own abilities of giving and receiving love. In the male Chart Venus will speak of our manifestation of appreciation in art, love giving, in tenderness and in manipulation. The lack of loving ability in the male Chart giving strength to the ability to manipulate others around the imitation of there being love or loving reason for the actions.

Venus is not only the Planet of LOVE. It can the Planet of Soul Destruction . . . if love is not cherished in the HEART, and freely given out by the MIND !
